Its Reigning Billlionaires

There are 1,011 names on list of the World's Richest People as published in Forbes Magazine today, and this year the name atop the list is not Bill Gates.  It is Carlos Slim Helu, the Mexican magnate who has made money in everything from telecommunications to cement. This year's list is substantially larger than 2009, but still shy of the 1,125 from 2008.  Notably, two-thirds of the new names on the list are from Asia.
