Downgrade for the US Economy

August 25, 2010
Autumn is just around the corner and it is not just the trees that will be changing colour this year, according to a new report from Jyske Markets on the state of the global economy.

Key economic indicators point to a general slowdown in the US economy and that could affect the timing on an interest rate hike, says Senior Macro Analyst Kim Fæster. who authored the report. Fæster says the slowdown might also lead to the introduction of further economic stimulus packages and other measures by the US Federal Reserve in the coming months.

Senior Equities Analyst Per Hansen joins to talk about how a slowdown, or even a double-dip scenario, could affect investors and what strategies might work best.
