Best bank for Private Banking for the fourth year running

For the fourth year running Jyske Bank has been named the best bank for Private Banking clients in Denmark according to this year’s large banking survey from Voxmeter.

"The bank performs fairly well across the board. At the same time the bank has steered clear of publicity which could dent the bank’s image. Many respondents indicate that compared with the two other major banks in Denmark they see Jyske Bank as a safe haven," Christian Stjer, CEO of Voxmeter, said to Danish newspaper Jyllands-Posten.

The key to capturing the title and winning it again next year is a close relationship with the clients.

”We can see that the clients that we talk to most often are also the most satisfied clients. Close to the clients - that’s the success formula," Erling Fløe Kristensen, Business Director, Private Banking at Jyske Bank said.

Every year the Danish market research company Voxmeter completes a survey of the client satisfaction among Danish banking clients.
