Made in Denmark: Sanne Ytting has created a small Danish oasis in New York. The restaurant The Copenhagen serves Danish open sandwiches in a Danish setting in the Tribeca neighbourhood on Manhattan.
Sanne Ytting, 46 years old, originally from Aalborg, came to New York as an au pair.
