From finance to fitness

At Jyske Bank in Zurich, Switzerland the employees have worked out together with the Danish triathlete Tine Holst since last autumn.

These activities are part of a sponsorship, which also offers the employees massage and personal training.

Tine Holst began her career as a triathlete in 2007 and has since then had two major injuries. However, against the advice of her doctors, she continued to fight, and last year she participated for the first time in the ironman world championship in Hawaii.

Again this year she qualified for both the world championship in Las Vegas and Ironman Hawaii.

Not only are her energy and her will to succeed factors that motivate the employees to lead healthier lives - they also motivate them in their daily work.
