Jyske Bank: Anders Dam comments on capital increase

Wednesday night, Jyske Bank made a share issue targeting professional investors. The issue resulted in gross proceeds of DKK 1,166m.

A total of almost 6.5 million new shares were offered for sale – corresponding to almost 10% of the share capital. The offer price came to DKK 180.
