The Senior Strategist: This week focus on Iraq, Ukraine and Fed

Profit taking in equity market after a couple of good weeks. The Sunni Jihadist militant advances in Northern Iraq lifting oil prices and probably also worries risk assets. 

The Russian energy giant Gazprom stopped supplying natural gas to Ukraine on Monday, warning that the reduction could diminish the amount of gas flowing to the rest of Europe and escalating the political crisis between the two countries.

The Fed meeting on Wednesday will be the next major point of emphasis for the Fed outlook with updated economic and interest rate projections, as well as Yellen's second press conference.
